One snippet,
five ways to place it

Put a calculator inline on a page, in a frame, behind a popup button, in a floating launcher, or on your own link or button. Choose per page; the calculator stays style-isolated from your site.

In short

How do I add a calculator to my website?

Copy the snippet from the calculator's Embed tab and paste it into any page that accepts HTML: a WordPress Custom HTML block, a Squarespace Code block, a Wix HTML embed, a Webflow Embed element or a HighLevel custom code element. Choose the display mode in the snippet; no plugin is required.

Modes

Floating launcherA corner button that opens the calculator anywhere on the siteSeasonal campaigns, such as RMD season

Snippet

What the snippet looks like

Two lines: a placeholder element and a loader script. The app gives you the exact snippet with your key.

<div data-calculator="rmd" data-key="YOUR_EMBED_KEY" data-mode="inline"></div>
<script src="https://app.numbersforclients.com/cf.js" async></script>

Illustrative only: copy the real snippet from your account. The script loads once per page, however many calculators you place.

Steps

Embedding in four steps

  1. Activate the calculator

Choose it in the app and set colors, labels and lead capture.

  2. Pick a display mode

Inline, framed, popup, floating or your own trigger.

  3. Paste the snippet

Into an HTML block on the page; follow the guide for your platform.

  4. Publish and test

Run it on your phone, send a test request, and check it arrives.

Under the hood

Built not to break your site

Style isolation

The calculator renders in an isolated container, so your theme's CSS can't distort it and its CSS can't leak into your pages.

Responsive

Calculators reflow for phones and tablets, with touch-friendly inputs.

Light loader

A small async loader that doesn't block your page from rendering.

FAQ

Embedding questions

Showing 8 of 8
  • Do I need a plugin?

No, any HTML block works. Our help center has steps for each major platform.

  • Will the calculator inherit my site's fonts and colors?

Not automatically; it is isolated on purpose. Set your brand colors and fonts in the app instead.

  • Can I put several calculators on one page?

Yes, or bundle them in a widget.

  • Does inline mode help SEO?

Inline embeds keep the calculator in your page rather than in a separate frame, and the page around it carries your own explanatory content, which is what ranks.

  • Does it work on HighLevel funnels?

Yes, use a custom code element. See the HighLevel guide.

  • What if my builder strips scripts?

Use the framed mode or a plain link to a page that hosts the calculator.

  • Can I use it in emails?

Email clients can't run calculators. Link to the calculator page on your site instead.

  • Does the snippet slow my page down?

The loader is small and asynchronous, and calculators load as they come into view.
