The text, calculators, illustrations, data compilations and software on this website are protected by copyright. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with attribution. Please don’t copy substantial portions.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material on our website or served through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@numbersforclients.com including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the infringing material and where it appears;
- your contact details;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address. We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant files suit.
Firms’ content
Firms are responsible for content they add to calculators and pages. We act on valid notices about that content as described above.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
