Cancelling
Cancel from Billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the Practitioner plan’s limits. Calculators and features beyond those limits stop working on your site.
Trials
Firm and Network plans include a free trial, one per firm. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. We email you a few days before a trial ends.
Monthly plans
We don’t refund partial months. After you cancel, you won’t be charged again.
Yearly plans
If you request a refund within 14 days of a yearly charge (including the first charge after a trial), we refund it in full provided the account hasn’t been used extensively in that period, for example calculators embedded across many websites. After 14 days, yearly plans aren’t refunded for unused months.
Lifetime plans
Lifetime purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on the same basis as yearly plans. After that they are non-refundable.
Billing mistakes
If we charge you in error, we refund the incorrect amount.
How to ask
Email support@numbersforclients.com from your account email with the invoice number. Refunds return to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
