Lead capture
Definition
Lead capture is an optional form on a calculator that lets a visitor send their contact details, inputs and results to the firm. Each submission becomes a contact record, is emailed to the firm and can be sent by webhook to a CRM.
How lead capture works
On NumbersForClients, lead capture is off by default and switched on per calculator.
Because the request includes the numbers, the firm can scope the engagement before the first call.
Why it matters to a firm
It turns anonymous calculator use into qualified enquiries. See lead capture.
