ROILead value explainer

What's a calculator lead
worth to your firm?

We won't quote industry averages we can't source. Instead, enter your own request volume, close rate, fees and the routine calls you'd like back, and see the arithmetic.

In short

How do I estimate the value of website calculator leads?

Multiply the requests you expect per month by twelve and by your close rate to get new engagements a year, then by your average first-year fee. Add the value of staff time saved: routine estimate calls avoided per month times minutes per call times your hourly cost. Compare the total with the plan price.

Caveats

Reading the result honestly

Request volume depends on your traffic and on how well each calculator page explains the question. A new website with little search traffic will see fewer requests than an established one; newsletters and client emails help either way.

Time saved is real only if staff use the hours for billable or higher-value work. And some value is hard to count: fewer misread estimates, better-prepared first meetings and clients who stay because your site is useful.

FAQ

Questions firms ask

Showing 8 of 8
  • Why don't you show average conversion rates?

We don't have sourced data we'd stand behind, and invented benchmarks would mislead you. Your own numbers are the honest input.

  • What close rate should I assume?

Use your current rate for referrals or inbound enquiries as a starting point; calculator requests are pre-qualified, but you should measure.

  • Does the estimate include the plan price?

No; compare the total with the plan price yourself.

  • How long until requests arrive?

Existing clients can use calculators immediately via email; search traffic takes longer.

  • Is the time-saved figure realistic?

Only if calls are actually avoided; check after a season.

  • Can analytics help me measure?

Yes, views and leads per calculator and page are tracked in the app.

  • Is this a promise of results?

No, it's arithmetic on your inputs.

  • What if my numbers are small?

Start on the free plan or with one calculator and measure.
